We just need some basic information from you, before your consult! The more information you can provide on your needs, the faster the process!
Step 2
Within 48 hours after we receive your form (often much sooner!) expect us to reach out via your preferred method of contact. Your initial 20 minute consultation with Crystal is absolutely free!
Step 3
After your consultation and once we’ve received your payment, Crystal gets started building your website. You can usually expect to see a rough draft within 14 business days, sometimes sooner!

No! You won’t need a domain or hosting until your project is complete and we can help you choose!
Your website is built on our test servers. You’ll have full access once the rough draft has been delivered. We’ll make your website to exact specifications first. After it’s done we’ll transfer the site to your hosting.
You the client are responsible for providing all copy (text) for your website, including your business logo. If needed we will provide free stock images throughout the site.
We don’t need these things to get started however! We can build your site using free stock images, and dummy text as place holders, giving you plenty of time to provide us with the rest of the material when you’re ready.
IMPORTANT: We have a very strong no AI Art Policy. Once your website is completed and in your hands, do as you like. However, during the building we will NEVER use AI Artwork. We will not upload your AI Artwork either. We will use image placeholders, and you are free to replace those images with your own. If you’re not using AI Artwork (and hey you shouldn’t AI Art isn’t art it’s theft) we’ve got no issues and we’ll happily add your images to your site.
No, we only work with WordPress websites.
This is dependent on many factors, such as:
Scope of Project
How quickly we receive information from you (such as copy/images)
For Simple static websites, the site can potentially be completed within 14 business days. For sites that require additional functionality such as eCommerce or Booking websites, the process can take longer.
If you have a date in mind for when you’d like your project completed you can let us know on your onboarding form. We’ll do our best to accommodate!
If you really need it in a rush, it’s a possibility. Just let Crystal know during your consult.
You’re entitled to a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours.
Once we begin work on your project, we’re happy to still offer a refund, minus work hours completed. So for example if it’s been ten days and you request a refund, your refund will be minus the ten days of work already done on your site.
Once the rough draft of your project has been delivered, your committed and we no longer offer refunds.
